Graham Ascough
Non-Executive Chairman
Graham is a highly experienced senior resource executive and geophysicist with more than 30 years of industry experience evaluating mineral exploration and development projects in Australia and overseas. He is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of three ASX listed Companies. Previous experience includes senior exploration roles at major Canadian resource houses Noranda and Falconbridge.
Mark Stewart
Executive Director
Mark has over 34 years of international legal and commercial experience, particularly in the junior mining and resources sector in Africa, Asia, North America and Australia, ten years as senior executive for Anglo American plc, negotiating acquisitions and joint ventures throughout Africa, South East Asia and Australia. He has held several Non-Executive Director roles and was Managing Director of two ASX listed exploration companies and more recently was Chairman of an ASX listed exploration company.
Peter Reynolds
Executive Director
Peter has over 45 years experience in the minerals industry both in Australia and overseas. Since 2006 he has consulted to the industry mainly in Mongolia, Russia, Central Asia and Australia in the areas of due diligence and technical and corporate advice. He established and managed AMC Consultants offices in London and Adelaide, Australia. Prior to that Peter held senior positions with Normandy Mining Ltd, Newmont Australia Ltd and BHPB Olympic Dam Operations. He has been a Director of several ASX and TSXV listed companies and is a Fellow of AusIMM and a Member of CIM and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Batbayar Purevjargal
Non-Executive Director
Bat has over 20 years experience in local and international banking and finance in London and Mongolia. He worked with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for ten years, including periods as representative in charge of the natural resources sector for Mongolia and responsible for deal origination and execution of numerous landmark transactions in the minerals and hydrocarbon sector across Eastern Europe, CIS and Mongolia. He is an independent Director of Ard Financial Group, a Mongolian financial services company.
Zygmunt Jakubiak
Non-Executive Director
Zygmunt is a structural and exploration geologist with more than 40 years experience in the minerals industry. He has managed major exploration projects for gold and base metals, feasibility studies, mine development projects and mining geology departments. His work has been located in Africa, Europe, Central Asia, Russia, South America and Australia. He has managed his own consulting business since 1993, worked as an associate with several consulting companies and as Principal Geologist with AMC Consultants. He is a Fellow of AusIMM and a Fellow of the Geological Society of London.

Nick Harding
Company Secretary
Nick Harding is a qualified accountant, company secretary and finance professional with 30 years experience in the mining industry. He is a Fellow of both CPA and FINSIA and an associate of the Governance Institute of Australia. He has held senior financial roles with WMC Resources, Normandy Mining and Newmont Australia at both mine sites and in corporate positions in addition to working extensively with smaller listed and private companies.
Glen Ainsworth
Country Manager
Glen is a strategic global mining environmental professional at both operational and executive levels, with over 40 years’ experience in Australia, West Africa – Guinea, Saudi Arabia and Mongolia in world class mining projects. He has held senior positions with Alcoa World Alumina, Ivanhoe Mines, Rio Tinto, Country Director for Aspire Mining Mongolia and recently appointed as Country Manager for Resilience Mining Mongolia.

Chris Jamieson
Chris is an experienced investor relations and corporate advisory professional with over 25 years of experience spanning ASX-listed corporates (Beach Energy, Normandy Mining), Big 4 accounting (EY) and private enterprise.
David Larsen
David has over 35 years experience as a geologist working in the mining and exploration industries in a wide variety of commodities including gold, base metals and iron ore, and in both open pit and underground operations, throughout Australia, Fiji and Mongolia. His areas of expertise include feasibility studies, JORC and NI43-101 compliant resource estimation and reporting, operations establishment, due diligence and quality improvement. He has most recently held senior positions with Newmont Australia, Mount Gibson Iron and Macarthur Minerals. He currently consults to the mining industry in Australia and Mongolia.
Chris Melville
Chris is a lawyer with over 15 years experience advising on emerging markets in Mongolia and Russia. He is an experienced advisor of international clients, foreign and domestic SOE’s, and local companies on a wide range on mining and infrastructure projects, corporate, finance, M&A, and commercial matters. Chris was formerly Managing Partner in Mongolia with Hogan Lovells.
